Our Front Porch blend starts with a dark roast base from the island of Bali which is then blended with Aged Sumatra and Guatemalan coffees. Slightly earthy, some brown sugar, cedar wood, and a bit of black pepper and licorice at the end.

Great taste!

Front Porch Blend is a darker roast with a very smooth taste and feel. Unlike most dark roasts, it is not harsh and feels as if it's lower in acid. The flavor notes are complex and excellent! The great taste and smooth finish works in all methods I use to brew: espresso, drip, percolator and cold brew.

Pleasantly smokey without the bitter

I am typically a light/medium roast gal but decided to take a chance and order the front porch blend. Much to my surprise, it ended up being a great dark roast, not bitter and a very lovely smokey undertone. I would compare this roast to drinking coffee on a crisp fall day with the scent of firewood in the air mixing into your senses each time you take sip..
