The “E” in Ethiopia is for excellent. I am not skilled enough to comment on the nuances of this roast. I only know that it brews a robust, full flavored cup of lighter roast coffee just the way I love it. I always buy it by the box to share. It’s always fresh roasted, delivered on time and Cultivate always serves up 13 ounces for less than what most of the others charge for 12. A great price and a great value.

This is great coffee and great local company.

Let me start by saying Cultivate has some of the best coffee. We live about 45min from their shop in Fuquay-Varina but have a hard time finding the time to get out that way to get coffee. This was the first time buying over the Internet from them and it was delivered very quickly. Amazing all the way around.

Front Porch Blend is a darker roast with a very smooth taste and feel. Unlike most dark roasts, it is not harsh and feels as if it's lower in acid. The flavor notes are complex and excellent! The great taste and smooth finish works in all methods I use to brew: espresso, drip, percolator and cold brew.

I stumbled across this coffee by accident while stopping by on my way home from golf.
I’ve gone from ordering by the cup to ordering by the box. I always by extra to share.
I love the light/medium roasts (Costa Rican, Ethiopian) and their Honduras decaf is at the top of a short list of decafs I’ve discovered. I drink a cup every night.
The price is exceptional, especially if you can find a way to grab 4 bags at a time. And when you combine that with their signature 13ou bags, you have a fantastic coffee at an exceptional price.
